Zenon Token Standard

Zenon Token Standard (ZTS) is a specification for creating tokens on the Alphanet. ZTS tokens are native to the protocol level. ZTS tokens inherit the feeless properties of ZNN and QSR: transferring tokens instantly without fees.

ZTS format specification​

The ZTS specification format specification follows the bech32 address format having the prefix zts

ZTS creation​

Issuing a token on the Alphanet requires a fee of 1 ZNN that is burned.

  • Wallet GUI (Syrius): Navigate to Tokens tab to interact with the ZTS embedded contract
  • Wallet CLI: Check the ZTS commands to interact with the ZTS embedded contract
